Resources for New Jerseyans

Diabetes. Eli Lilly and Company introduced a new Lilly Insulin Value Program, allowing anyone with commercial insurance or without insurance to fill their monthly prescription of Lilly insulin for $35. 

Unemployment & Paid Leave. The Department of Labor released a new FAQ providing answers to questions about unemployment benefits, paid leave, and new federal and state programs supporting unemployed workers.

Benefits for Workers. The Department of Labor released a visual guide to benefits available to unemployed, sick, or incapacitated workers. A version in Spanish is available here.

Mental Health. The Department of Human Services released a list of hotlines that can provide support for mental illness, counseling, and addictions.

Reporting Abuse. The Department of Children and Families released a list of hotlines for reporting or finding support in cases of domestic abuse or child abuse.

Federal Aid for Small Businesses. The office of Senator Cory Booker released the Small Business Owner's Guide to the CARES Act.

Resource Guide. The office of Senator Cory Booker released a comprehensive and accessible Coronavirus Pandemic Resource Guide for New Jereyans.

Stuck Abroad. The office of Senator Bob Menendez created an email hotline to receive all requests for assistance from New Jerseyans stuck abroad.

Small Business Grants. Funding for the NJEDA Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program was temporarily exhausted, but small businesses are still encouraged to submit applications in order to ensure eligibility if funding is restored.
